Travel Layout - torn paper

This layout was created using papers from the Maggie Holmes Garden Party collection. I’ve always loved the look of torn edges and ledger paper, so combining the two felt like a natural choice for this page.

I fussy cut flowers from one of the patterned papers to add some soft, layered detail, and included a frame from my stash to highlight the photo which is matted on black to make it pop off the page. A few travel-themed word phrases helped tie everything together and hint at the story behind the image.

The photo is of me in Prague, taken in 2000.
