Scrap Squad Scraplift #29 2025

This week's Scrap Squad Scraplift is an original by Michelle Stokes for Cocoa Vanilla Studio.

For this lift, I scrapped another photo from my birthday tea party with my granddaughter.

I used papers from Jen Hadfield’s The Avenue collection, paired with titles from Colorcast Designs, butterflies from Little Birdie and adding a few word phrases from my stash.

To work out the sizing for my squares, I started by making 3 inch templates and worked out which patterned paper would go where. I distressed the edges using a pair of scissors to give them a bit of texture, then adhered everything in place.

It came together surprisingly quickly and was such a joy to create.
